RECIPE: Zingy Balls
This quick and easy recipe is a pinch to throw together and tastes delicious! You can’t go wrong with this healthy snack that aids digestion, has anti-inflammatory benefits, and improves circulation!

INGREDIENTS:
- 20g cacao butter
- 20g coconut oil
- 4 tbsp rice syrup
- 2 tsp tahini
- 2 dates OR 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 200g nuts e.g. cashews
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 1-2 tsp ginger powder or 2-3 tsp fresh grated ginger
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp hemps
METHOD:
- Melt:
- 20g cacao butter
- 20g coconut oil
- Blend/combine with all other ingredients EXCEPT chia and hemp seeds.
- Roll the mixture into balls, and roll balls in the combined chia and hemp seeds.
* If you want to make this into a slice instead of balls, use the chia and hemp seeds to create a base, use the ball mixture as the filling, and top with raw melted chocolate. YUM!
