This quick and easy recipe is a pinch to throw together and tastes delicious! You can’t go wrong with this healthy snack that aids digestion, has anti-inflammatory benefits, and improves circulation!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20g cacao butter
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp rice syrup
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 2 dates OR 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 200g nuts e.g. cashews
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 1-2 tsp ginger powder or 2-3 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemps

METHOD:

  1. Melt:
    • 20g cacao butter
    • 20g coconut oil
  2. Blend/combine with all other ingredients EXCEPT chia and hemp seeds.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls, and roll balls in the combined chia and hemp seeds.

* If you want to make this into a slice instead of balls, use the chia and hemp seeds to create a base, use the ball mixture as the filling, and top with raw melted chocolate. YUM!
