Our Practitioner Weight & Detox Program is an easy to follow, scientifically advanced, weight loss program that has been proven to be both safe and effective.
The program offers flexibility with two healthy, whole food eating plans for you to choose from, and incorporates evidence-based exercise recommendations along with behavioural change strategies to help support lasting weight loss. Clients who have participated in this program have safely lost fat mass, reduced weight, and improved their energy levels while preserving their muscle mass.
This Practitioner Only program will be tailored to suit your individual needs, and includes advice to overcome obstacles and, most importantly, to motivate, troubleshoot and support you in what can be a significant life change.

How Does It Work?
- Two healthy, whole food eating plans to choose from to suit everybody.
The Program consists of two diet options: Ketogenic (low carbohydrate, high fat) OR Low Fat (reduced fat, liberal carbohydrates from whole food sources, e.g. vegetables, fruit, whole grains). Both dietary options feature adequate protein for satiety, increased thermogenesis (to help fat burning), and to maintain lean muscle mass.
- Substitute one meal with a protein-rich Powder, Soup, or Keto Bar.
There are a range of delicious, convenient meal substitutes (both sweet and savoury) available exclusively from your Practitioner.
- Healthy, protein rich snacks per day (1 or 2 depending on the eating plan) from a recommended snack list.
- Clinically researched probiotic strains for weight management.
- Evidence-based exercise recommendations to help you lose weight and keep it off.
- Diet ‘breaks’ to help you go the distance.
- The program is a three phase approach to successful and long term weight loss.
After the initial ‘Intense Phase’ of approximately 6 consecutive weeks on the program, there are 2 week diet breaks cycled with active dieting until your goal weight is achieved.
