The skin is the largest organ in our body. It easily absorbs everything that it comes into contact with including chemicals, pesticides, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care products and cleaning products. Many of these products on the market are just full of nasty crap, even those labelled as “natural” or “safe”. Thankfully there are also some great alternatives as well. But how do you know what’s safe and healthy?

Once absorbed through the skin the toxins land in our systemic circulation. Our body has to work incredibly hard to remove the toxins and often they just accumulate in our body. This causes us many health issues and disease.
